1. Acceptable use

2. Ordering and sale

Order submission: By submitting your name and phone number via the order form, you are making an enquiry to purchase Orinalis Fusion Labs. This does not constitute a binding contract.

Confirmation call: A member of our team will contact you by telephone to confirm the order details. The contract of sale is formed only when you verbally confirm your order on this call.

Prices and currency: Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of applicable VAT. The price at time of order confirmation is binding.

Payment: Payment is made exclusively on delivery (cash on delivery). You may pay by cash or card to the courier. No payment is collected online or in advance.

Cancellation before dispatch: You may cancel your order at no cost at any time before it is dispatched, by informing us during the confirmation call or contacting us by email or telephone.

3. Disclaimer - food supplement

Orinalis Fusion Labs is a food supplement. It is not a medicine. Information provided on this website is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. The product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding or taking medication, consult a healthcare professional before use.

4. Intellectual property

5. Right of withdrawal and returns

You have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the product (UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013). Exceptions apply to food supplements with a broken seal. See our Refund Policy for full details.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JOÃO MANUEL MARQUES FERREIRA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of this website or the product. Our liability for direct loss shall not exceed the price paid for the product.

7. Dispute resolution

In the event of a dispute, please contact us in the first instance. We aim to resolve complaints within 14 working days. If we are unable to resolve the matter, you may refer the dispute to an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body or seek resolution through the courts of England and Wales.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
