Vitamin D3 contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and to the normal function of the immune system. It also contributes to the normal absorption and utilisation of calcium and phosphorus.
Dietary sources include oily fish and eggs, though intake from food alone can be variable depending on the season and individual diet.

Vitamin B12 contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism, to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, to normal psychological function, and to the normal functioning of the nervous system.
Naturally present in meat, fish and dairy - Orinalis Fusion Labs uses methylcobalamin, a well-established form of B12.

Zinc contributes to the normal function of the immune system, to the protection of cells from oxidative stress, to normal DNA synthesis and to the maintenance of normal hair, nails and skin.
Found in pumpkin seeds, legumes and wholegrains - a familiar mineral in everyday cooking.
Magnesium · 200 mg · 53% NRV
Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function, to electrolyte balance, to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, and to normal energy-yielding metabolism.
