About the product
Each capsule contains: Vitamin C (500 mg), Vitamin D3 (15 µg), Vitamin B12 (250 µg), Zinc (10 mg) and Magnesium (200 mg). See the full Ingredients page for a complete breakdown including % NRV figures.
The capsule shell is made from HPMC (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), which is plant-derived and suitable for vegetarians. It does not contain gelatin.
The formulation does not contain gluten and no major allergens are used as ingredients. The product is manufactured in a facility that may handle other substances. If you have specific allergen concerns, please contact us before ordering.
How to take it
Take one capsule per day with a full glass of water, preferably with a meal. Choose a time that suits your schedule and try to keep to it. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose of one capsule.
Simply continue the following day at your normal dose. Do not take two capsules to compensate for a missed day.
If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or currently taking any prescription medication, please consult a doctor or pharmacist before starting any new supplement. This is general guidance and not a substitute for professional medical advice.
Each pack contains 90 capsules. At one capsule per day, one pack provides a 90-day (3-month) supply.

Orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days after telephone confirmation. Delivery to mainland UK addresses typically takes 2-4 working days. You will receive tracking information once your order is dispatched.
Yes. You can cancel at any point before dispatch - simply let us know during the confirmation call or contact us by email or phone. If the parcel has already been dispatched, you may refuse it on delivery or contact us to arrange a return.
Yes. You have 14 calendar days to return the product, provided the packaging is unopened and the seal is intact. Food supplements with a broken seal cannot be returned for hygiene and food safety reasons. See our Refund Policy for full details.
