1. Your right to cancel (14-day withdrawal)

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (implementing EU Directive 2011/83/EU), you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 calendar days from the date you receive the product, without giving any reason.

2. Conditions for return

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

  • In its original, unopened packaging with the tamper-evident seal intact.
  • Free from damage caused after receipt.

Important exception: In accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, Regulation 28(3), the right of withdrawal does not apply to food supplements once the packaging seal has been broken, for reasons of hygiene and food safety. We apply this exception and cannot accept returns of opened products.

3. Cancellation before dispatch

You may cancel your order at no cost at any time before it is dispatched. To cancel, inform us during the order confirmation call, or contact us by email or telephone. If the parcel has already been dispatched, you may refuse it on delivery at no charge - it will be returned to us automatically.

4. How to initiate a return

  1. Contact us by email at [email protected] or by telephone on +44 20 3948 7261 within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.
  2. We will confirm receipt of your return request and provide return address instructions.
  3. Send the product in its original packaging. Return postage costs are at your expense, unless the product is faulty or incorrectly supplied.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 14 days. The refund will be issued by bank transfer or other agreed method. If you refused the parcel on delivery, the refund is processed once the product is returned to our warehouse.

6. Faulty or incorrect products

If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return postage.
